Sober living homes in Sacramento are structured, substance-free residences providing peer-supported accountability for adults in recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. Unlike treatment centers, sober living focuses on independence and community structure rather than clinical services.
Our rates are $950–$1,050 per month or $220–$250 per week. A one-time $200 move-in fee covers intake processing, a welcome kit, and the first drug test. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and linens are included.
We do not work with Medi-cal or other insurances directly. We do not provide medical services or medical treatment. We operate on private pay. We accept ACH bank transfer and weekly or monthly payments via Wix Payments.
Residents agree to complete sobriety, random drug testing, curfew, daily chores, weekly house meetings, and active participation in a recovery program such as AA, NA, or outpatient services. Each resident is required to sign an agreement upon move-in day, committing to their recovery journey. These are non-negotiable.

Our homes reside near the Tahoe Park neighborhood and greater Sacramento County. Both are near outpatient programs, transit, and employment centers.
